Josh Koppel is a summer intern at the Council. Josh currently serves as the Whittington Fellow for the Biden Institute at the University of Delaware and recently finished serving as a research fellow at the University of Delaware Water Resources Center. He brings experience as an intern for the office of Senator Christopher Coons (DE-D), the Jewish Democratic Council of America, Lisa Blunt Rochester’s Senate campaign, and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Delaware.
Josh recently graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Energy and Environmental Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Delaware.
